Today i would like to share the recipe of stuffed roll, it is basically made up of grated cucumber and onion stuffing with liquid cheese and herbs, spread over the paratha, you may enjoy it any time of the day, it's healthy and even heavy to give you energy overall the day. It is easy and quick to prepare and even you may use the stuffing to make the sandwiches.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 Chopped onion.
• 1 Grated Cucumber.
• 1 tbsp of Liquid Cheese.
• 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
• 1/2 tbsp of Red Chilli powder (optional).
• Salt to Taste.
• Wheat Dough.
• Oil to toast.
• Salt to taste.
Process📃
wash the cucumber, peel the cucumber 🥒 and grate it.
Chopped the onion.

Add liquid cheese, Tomato sauce, oregano salt, mix it well.
Roll the Paratha, put on tawa, flip the side.
Toast from both Side.
Spread the stuffing allover the partha, roll it.
serve the hot Stuffed roll with green chutney or Tomato sauce. You may enjoy it at any time of the day. you can also prepared this roll with leftover chapatis or paratha.
