Today I have brought you a recipe that not only energizes the body but also strengthens your muscles. This is a special gift for winter. You can also call it a treasure of strength. The ingredients used in it are powerful and used as a tonic in every way. All these ingredients are natural.
We will use only three ingredients in equal quantities in this:
Dates, Soft Black: 250 grams
Almonds: 250 grams
Honey: 250 grams
First of all, I will remove the date pits and keep these dates separate.
Now we have to take a grater in which we will put the almonds and grind these almonds with the grater. When it becomes fine, we will add the pitted dates to it and grind them well. My time in this was 25 to 30 minutes.
Now I have combined the dates and almonds and it has taken the form of a Panjiri. Now I will probably add Honey to it so that it is completely powerful for the muscles. I have mixed it well with honey and the rest of the ingredients, and our Panjiri is ready. We call it Panjiri in the local language.
Now I have transferred it to the plastic Jar and saved it for 3 to 4 months.
We can use it every morning or evening with a spoonful of warm milk and see the wonders of its power. You will not feel tired, nor will your muscles be strained by using it. It will always keep you healthy and energetic. It has a wealth of power hidden in it for you.
