Even if a Hive user has a lot of Voting Power (but not a Hive Whale yet), they may spread their votes too thinly (especially if they curate every reply on their posts or comments), still prompting the use of #dustbunny (and/or #dustsweeper) !INDEED. 💸😅 !WEIRD !HOPE !PIZZA
