I have a strong breakfast, I eat well and I have little dinner. As for sleeping. I sleep less than I should but I always lack time.

Sort:  

I always lack time.

If I don't allocate enough time to sleep, my brain doesn't work well. So I believe that sleeping enough is actually making my win time in the end.
