Nowadays, my diet is more controlled, I always try to eat every 3 hours, along with a heavy running routine (more than 30km per week) and I also try to keep my sleep at 6 to 8 hours a day.

You have a nice running routine. I was doing something similar when I was younger. Nowadays, I hardly make more than 10km per week.
