I try to eat around 6-7 pm and be in bed by 9 am.
I do also currently eat CBA Gummies xD

You go to be early. This is nice. I always want to do that but I seldom manage :-)

I am waking up at 5 am everyday for work, so I kinda have to :D

5 am, is not fun though haha :D
