Hello my loving Asean Hive community,
Hello Hello. I am winelay. A week ago, I told you about some of the plants in my small garden. Today I will share with you how to make a delicious meal. Today is the last day of my Grade 5 students' exams. So I returned home early in the afternoon. My friend followed me home with me. When we got home, we both didn't want to eat lunch, so we decided to make something to eat.
I also have noodles and sausages at home, so the two of us decided to have fried noodles instead of rice for lunch. Let's start by telling you the ingredients we used.
🍝ingredients🍝
- noodle
- sausages
- some vegetables
- a little chili
First, I picked some vegetables from the garden and washed them with water. Some of the vegetables I picked from my backyard were Chinese white mustard leaves, butterfly bean leaves, parsley and onion leaves. My friend also picked some chili peppers because she likes it spicy. The chili peppers may look small, but they taste very spicy.
Even though it was only for two of us, we cooked 4 packets of noodles. The noodles I used were MAMEE noodles.
First, I boiled 4 of those noodles in hot water. When all the noodles are soft, I set them aside and pour out the water.
My friend cut and washed the vegetables while the noodles were cooking. While the noodles were softening, my friend fried the vegetables in a pan with a little oil. When frying vegetables, you should fry the carrots first. This is because carrots take a little longer to soften.
Then I added some oyster sauce to the pan along with the sausage.
Then I put all the noodles in the pan and added the seasoning and oil from the noodle package. Then I mixed everything together. I was careful not to damage the noodles.
Now I have a delicious bowl of fried noodles. I also made a soup using some of the seasonings from the noodle package and some meat I had at home. That's it for today. Thank you very much for reading my post to the end. I'll see you soon in a new post. Have a nice day.
