Balancing work life and our personal life can be quite uneasy, but it's really essential for productivity, our health, and our relationships. Many people fail to understand that they can be easily replaced at work , after undergoing much stress and burnout. The lifestyle of neglecting yourself , your family, personal life and your physical well being over work is not an healthy choice.
Prioritizing work activities over your physical well being could cause severe burn out and even more harm to our body due to constant stress and negligent.
The failure to create this balance could lead to so many negative effects to our health and how we function generally, these side effects includes low productivity, excessive stress to the body, aging, body weakness and serious breakdown.
So it's very essential to balance our work life and physical life. Creating out time to rest, sleep, feed adequately and take proper care of physical well-being.

It's your responsibility as an employee to prioritize your physical well-being, it's your sole responsibility to set boundaries and not allow anyone use you like an object at your place of work, this is because at the end you will be the one to face the consequences of work stress, while the organization or company keeps moving, get a replacement for you too.
I had my first stress burnout , when I was a student, because I found it really difficult to balance my personal life , physical well-being and academic requirements.
So, when I started working, I never gave that chance to my Boss , people think it's difficult to set boundaries at work, but I did, especially when it involves working extra time, skipping lunch or being given extra task.
I learnt to create a balance by prioritizing myself , even while at work, which includes my meals time, my time and setting boundaries.

Apart from setting boundaries, which is also a very necessary strategy to balancing work life and physical well-being, it's also necessary to feed and rest adequately to prevent breakdown or stress related Illness.
Also it's important to know when to take a break from work, take a day off and rest, especially when your body doesn't feel strong or healthy. It shouldn't be always about work, prioritizing your health is more important.
In conclusion, it's only a healthy person that can work, so we should prioritize ourselves and our well-being to stay healthy. Listen to your body and know when to take a break for your own good.
