Namaste to all the Warriors of Splinterlands!🙏
In this week's 🌟Splinterlands Social Media Challenge🌟 I'm going to tell you about a battle where two similar summoners face each other with different strategies and the cards they choose.
And I assure you that you will not only enjoy it but also learn something good!😎
The total mana cap for this battle was 47, including the summoner's mana cost as we all know and the ruleset for this battle is Standard: no changes to the standard gameplay rules!
My lineup for this amazing battle!
I created my team by using all 47 of my mana caps.
Now I will take you to the battlefield!
As you can see, both me and my enemy have chosen Obsidian as our summoner. Since Obsidian mainly supports Magic monsters, ideally the team should have Magic monsters, but according to my strategy, I needed attackers with lots of health and good attacking ability at the forefront and apart from Mycelic Slipspawn, I did not have any other Magic card that could fulfil my requirement. So I placed Grund and Pallus in first and second place instead of Magic and right after that Mycelic Slipspawn and then Rune Arcanist mainly for her weakening ability then Goblin Psychic for Healing and at the end Lurking Puffer.
Now let's see what happens on the battlefield when two teams clash with the same summoner!
🔥Round 1
Yes, it is true that due to the enemy's Thorns ability, my attacker also had to bear damage from every attack but due to the attacking power of my card, the enemy's first-place card got knocked out in the first round itself.
And then in the same round, due to back-to-back attacks of my cards on the enemy's card with Taunt ability, another enemy card got killed in the first round itself and with this, I had a great start in this battle. My cards were able to perform first because their speed was comparatively good and in a battle, not only your strength but also your speed proves to be very useful.
🔥Round 1 (Before The Ended)
Well, the enemy was slow but not incapable. So when the enemy's turn came, his attacks also fell on my card with Taunt ability and within no time, my card was also killed and the cards around this card also felt the effect of the last attack as the attacker had Blast ability.
🔥Round 2 (Begin)
Here again, at the start of the second round, my cards attacked first and knocked out another card of the enemy. Now frankly the enemy does not have any special attacking cards left but as long as even a single card is present on the battlefield, the war cannot be said to be over, so let's see what happens next.
🔥Round 2 (Now it's the enemy's turn)
Although I felt that I would win this battle, staying in the entire battle is also a very important part of getting better at this game. Because when you see every attack and its effect, you get to learn a lot from it. So I continued the battle and as soon as the enemy's turn came, my first position card was killed in his single attack.
🔥Round 3
In the above screenshot you can see my current first place card Pallus performing an attack on the enemy's first place card. This single attack was enough to knock out the enemy card and now the enemy is standing on the battlefield with just 2 cards whose health is also almost negligible while on the other hand I have 3 more powerful cards and their health is also comparatively good.
Now what do you think will happen with this battle?
Well, winning and losing is a part of the game but it is important to enjoy it and learn from it and you will be able to do both these things beautifully through this battle.
