Today felt like a quiet little break from the heat we’ve been dealing with lately. After a few really hot days, this change in weather was honestly such a relief. It had rained the day before yesterday, and today everything just felt calmer, cooler, and a lot more pleasant.
आज का दिन हाल ही की गर्मी से एक छोटा सा सुकून भरा ब्रेक जैसा लगा। पिछले कुछ दिनों की तेज़ गर्मी के बाद मौसम में यह बदलाव सच में बहुत राहत देने वाला था। परसों बारिश हुई थी, और आज सब कुछ ज़्यादा शांत, ठंडा और काफी सुहावना लग रहा था।
At one point, I looked up and saw these heavy grey clouds covering the sky, especially above the hills lined with tall pine trees.The trees on the slope looked darker and richer in color, almost as if the rain had washed away all the dust and left everything feeling fresh again.
एक समय मैंने ऊपर देखा तो आसमान पूरी तरह भारी, धूसर बादलों से ढका हुआ था, खासकर उन पहाड़ियों के ऊपर जहाँ लंबे-लंबे चीड़ के पेड़ लगे हुए थे। ढलान पर खड़े पेड़ गहरे और और भी घने रंग के लग रहे थे, जैसे बारिश ने सारी धूल धोकर उन्हें फिर से एकदम ताज़ा और साफ बना दिया हो।
Even the edge of a building against the sky, with clouds slowly drifting past, somehow looked beautiful in that light.
आसमान के सामने किसी इमारत का किनारा भी, जब बादल धीरे-धीरे उसके पास से गुजर रहे थे, उस रोशनी में अजीब सा खूबसूरत लग रहा था।
Overall, the day had this perfect mix of moody clouds and soft brightness. The air felt cleaner, the trees looked fresher, and everything just felt a little more alive. It was simple, but exactly what was needed.
कुल मिलाकर, आज का दिन घने, मूडी बादलों और हल्की, नरम रोशनी का एकदम सही मेल था। हवा ज़्यादा साफ लग रही थी, पेड़ और भी ताज़ा दिख रहे थे, और हर चीज़ में जैसे एक नई सी जान आ गई हो। सब कुछ बहुत साधारण था, लेकिन बिल्कुल वही था जिसकी ज़रूरत थी।
