early morning on Lake street Acushnet
Good Morning, or afternoon, Evening depending onthe time of day you read this I hope all is well with you
Today I will share a few images from an early morning walk on Lake Street Acushnet MA, Acushnet is a neighbouring town to New Bedford and a short drive from home and as the name suggest Lake street is a spot with a few small ponds or lakes, I guess lakes or they would have called it pond street
MY first stop when I visit here is near to the car park this pier on one of the ponds, almost always when I visit there my first and last photos is of or on this pier

TI had checked an app that predicts what the sunrise will be like and a couple of weather apps and I thought there was a chance for a nice colorful sunrise that morning but as you will see from these photos that was not the case, it was kind of moody and dull for the most part, but with only me and one person fishing here it was a nice peaceful and calm way to start the day
but as you can see in this next shot some pastel colors did appear for a brief moment, well the camera caught them with my naked eye at the time I didnt notice them, but i did notice the mist rolling over the pond which I found myself drawn to watch and found it quite soothing

but as i said the colors came and left quickly and i was more focused wtahcing the mist on the pond
