Employer are those that recruit the employees that would work in their firms, industries, institutions, establishment and many more and get paid for there services being given to the them. Employers, employees relationship are not supposed to be one of cat and rat but that of good and cordial relationship. To check up some people really spend much time which might even be more at there homes so the working sceniorio and environment should really be a welcoming one to employees. Working takes a lot of commitment people should love virtually about there place of work it should always help them in other to deliver really quite very very well, when they are not comfortable in one way or the other would they really function well and it might really bring about in the malfunctioning of the place of work.

Do i really have a place of work 🥰 but in all tgere are the incentive in which would really be amazing
Work sanitation: There should really be sanitation that is good cleanliness of the working environment in which we are ought to work the environment should not be a place where people might contaminate one diseases or the very other in relation to there work area.
Work safety: Maximum safety should always be ensured jn places in which we are working i expect likewise otgers that our work places should be safe for us to stay and carry out the duties in which is really expected of us.
Welfare incentives: I expect that tgere should always be utmost welfare of the staff in the company. They should be looked after in ways to really ensure that they are doing well in both health of mind and body, that they happiness is paramount, that are comfortable and there is no much stress for them in the work being carried out.
Recreational: All work and no play makes jack a dull boy that a popular saying workers who work for hours should be given a period of one(1) hour in which they are supposed to use and rest, eat, freshen up or do other activities in which can be physical exercise after which they would come back to there working podition and carry on.
Holidays incentives: A day a week or a month should always be given to workers. Some workers really work from days to days and has little or no time for there own personal activities so a day in a week, a day in a month or a month in a year should be given to workers to aid them also in there extra activities outside work environment.
Paternity Leave: Workers who are pregnant and given birth should always be given leave some can give four months a month before birth and three months after birth, some give three months after birth to help the mother. The leave should not be limited to the Mother who gave birth paternity leave can also be given to the woman's Mother and husband who would also help her during the period.
