Getting more than 4K merits per brawl means your guild is really active. I am planning to change my guild as half of the team does not fill up all their battles.

It's up to you. Not everyone in my guild is active, but a vice leader can fill up the spots with inactive for a few extra points (when other guild don't fill those spots).
