I learn how to cook by watching Mommy D. I don't know any complicated dishes, but I want to try it too. Given a chance, if I could learn it, I want to know how to cook at an expert level. But I want to learn not to show it off or something. I want to learn to let my oldies and Mama experience it. I want to learn it for personal gain, in other words. Seeing my oldies and Mama enjoy that expert-level kind of cooking, I'm sure it'll make me truly happy.

Cooking is not my expertise but Im so happy to say that the dishes I prepared is eatable ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ. Lol. I can see it when my family enjoy it, it is more exciting when I received a compliment from them. It may look like i'm just shrugging it off but deep inside, I'm dancing in joy ♪┌|∵|┘♪ . What I prepared at home is really just those simple recipes, Chicken or Pork Adobo, Sinigang na Isda, Caldereta, the incomplete version, Tinola, ooh, speaking of Tinola I just made some again today, for Lunch.

But instead of using the traditional ingredients like papaya, malunggay or chayote and chili leaves - I used potato and petchay instead. I'm craving for Potato and so I chose that as one of the Ingredients for my Tinola. But before doing that I asked first my Mom if it's alright to mix Potato in Tinola. Like is it okay and would it taste okay and not weird? They give me a go signal and so here it is. It doesn't really taste bad, it taste delicious and the Petchay and Potato is so good in Tinola.

But before I can make it, I had to ask someone first. But what if I'm an expert level cook? Do I still have to ask someone just to make it? I'm sure those expert can already imagine if some ingredients would taste good or bad to the dishes they will prepare. They have experiences and knowledge to back it up. I also want that skill! Another thing is, I want to cook some delicious dishes like for example, Lasagna, Spaghetti, or those complicated recipe like Beef Wellington or that Cordon Bleu.

I watch some videos before, while they're making that dish and the process is just too much for me. And I although i'm curious about it and want to try it, but how? I am not good enough cook to really try it, lol. And I'm not sure if these dish exist in some shops in our small town so there's no way of trying, lol. I'm sure if i'm an expert level cook, I can just easily make them, especially those with complicated process of cooking.
