It's been a long time since I last had Dinuguan, I used to eat this all the time in Mother's small eatery. But since she close it down years ago, it's been that long since I last eaten one. This is not my favorite but I like to eat it with rice or with Rice Cake or Puto especially if it was cooked really good. Dinuguan a Pilipino dish that contains pig blood, I know not all people eat this so excuse me (人 •͈ᴗ•͈). Some Dinuguan has Pork intestine some used pork meat and fats. As for me, I prefer the meat with fats, I'm actually not a fan of Pork intestine.
And so, during our visit in Pinamalayan, I had the chance to eat, once again, the Dinuguan. It's actually Mama who ordered it but then when I saw it, it looks so good that I can't help but had a taste of it. I really like the way they cook this, it has alight tanginess on it which comes from vinegar, and the pig blood made the stew more yummier. As because I chose this dry pork patties (╥﹏╥) - the Dinuguan soup helped me swallow my foods with ease, lol. And the restaurant where we eat this Dinuguan is the same one where we had the Lumpiang Ubod before.

Sorry for the poor quality of the image, I couldn't take much more photos of the menu because there's a lot of costumers that time and it'd be rude if I just take a photo, haha. And yeah, the menu you see here is just half of them all, there's more on the next table including the Dinuguan Mother that ordered

And these are what we ordered, Dinuguan for Mama and Pork Patties for me and two order of rice. They also have free soup just like last time.

I actually regretted that I picked this patties here, it's too hard for me to chew. It's too thin that I think that affect the texture of the torta. I should've just get The other dish and not This ome. As for Mama, she enjoy her Dinuguan, it is a combination of pork meat and fats which make it more tastier.
Anyhow, even if it's dry, I still enjoy our lunch. I also enjoy Mom's Dinuguan, haha. And of course, we'll definitely come back here again and try their other dish.

So after our good lunch, we then visit the Market and Mama spotted this kakanin vendors and can't help buying some of it. It's just Mama who buy it though, I am planning to buy a bread that time and buying kakanin is not in the budget, lol. But seriously, these kakanin looks really good.

But what caught Mama's attention eas this colorful Pichi Pichi. It is freshly made, that's for sure, it is so soft, it was coated with grated coconut. Pichi Pichi is made with cassava by the way. Mama eat her pichi pichi like a dessert. I didn't eat some coz i'm already full ┏(^0^)┛.
