Greetings to all! It is very important for a family to eat together at the dining table. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, being together is important. Now I will share our simple dinner.
My husband bought pork mascara, because he wanted us to grill the meat. So I washed it well first, marinated it with soy sauce and lemon to make it fragrant. Then I set it aside to prepare the charcoal. But my husband said that he would do it anyway.
Once it was hot, we added the meat, and fanned it. It took 45 minutes because it was cooked back to back portions of meat until it was really cooked through.
My husband took out the grilled pork and cut it into small pieces. Just so that it would be easier for our children to eat. After cutting it, he placed it in a yellow plastic bowl, ready to serve.
I also prepared a sauce, soy sauce with vinegar, lemon, and chili. My mom also made a plain soup with Malunggay leaves that was still hot. And we paired it with two liters of Coke heheheh.
My kids love this dish. You can really see how excited they are to eat it hehehe. You don't really see my eldest much, because she doesn't like taking pictures, she's shy. And you only see two of my children because when I force my first born, she just stares at the camera and doesn't smile. Sorry if it's dark, I'll just edit it because the power went out at that time past 2pm.
I am happy and blessed because my family is not always able to eat delicious food, even if it is without a dish or just vegetables and it is very important for us to be together at the dining table. I can't ask for anything more as long as they are always by my side and have a healthy body. We are not complete because my father is no longer there and my sister is far away. I hope I can be with my sister at least once, I miss her so much.
