This is a moment that happened a few weeks ago, precisely when I was traveling a long way from Aceh Tamiang to the city of Bireuen, more or less this trip took about 5 hours and depended on the speed of the vehicle, and coincidentally at that time I was using a motorbike. Under the hot sun, this trip felt quite challenging so I had to rest in several areas, one of which was around the Aceh Timur regent's office area.
This area has always been one of my favorite places to take a break because it is surrounded by many lush trees that provide natural shade and a pleasantly cool atmosphere.
This is a public area and anyone can visit it.Around this area, precisely in the Merdeka Square of Aceh Timur, various exciting events and events are often held, and that attracts many people to visit it, from children to adults. In the morning this place looks so quiet, but if we visit in the afternoon, we will be able to see many visitors crowding this place.
According to my knowledge,Aceh Timur also has many interesting beach destinations, but I haven't had the opportunity to visit them yet. However, this place is also a popular tourist destination in East Aceh. At night, the colorful lights shine here, creating a magical and calming atmosphere, and it would be a very romantic place to visit with your partner.
This is the view of the Aceh Timur Regent's Office building,the building looks very large and magnificent. Unfortunately, despite its grandeur, it has been abandoned,the reason why such an impressive building was left abandoned remains a mystery to this day, and many conspiracy theories have emerged about it. Nevertheless, this building continues to be one of Aceh's Timur iconic landmarks and a favorite place for many people who come to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
When I arrived in Bireuen city, I didn't go straight home, but instead took the time to visit one of the beach tourist destinations there, namely Ujung Blang Bireuen Beach, the main goal was to rest while enjoying the beautiful natural view.
I have forgotten the name of this tourist spot, but what really attracted me to it was that this place was very spacious, even the parking area, this place also provided many chairs and huts so that it could accommodate many visitors.
The huts here are also made in various sizes, some can accommodate 4 people and some can visit up to 10 people, and it can also be chosen according to each person's taste. The huts have also been designed as attractive as possible with the addition of several paint colors that look very unique, such as orange.
This place is also still surrounded by Pandanus trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere and cool, refreshing air. Coincidentally, the hut I chose at that time was the one located at the very end, closest to the beach. Of course, the reason was that I wanted to experience the tranquility of nature while enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery.
