It's been a long time since I visited Kuala Jeumpa beach, of course I really miss the natural scenery and natural atmosphere offered by the place, there we can see the vast ocean view and the estuary of a large river that leads directly to the sea, see many fishing boats passing by and what's more interesting is enjoying the beautiful sunset. And yes, this is my experience that I managed to capture at Kuala Jeumpa beach, but keep in mind that this is not a tourist destination but only a local beach, but this beach continues to be visited by people, especially in the afternoon.
In my opinion, this is one of the beaches in Bireuen city that is never quiet, around this beach there is also an active soccer field, so there are definitely people who come here.
I made this trip with my youngest brother, he has the same hobby as me, namely fishing, so before traveling to Kuala Jeumpa beach, I first went to the river area to invite him to fish, the atmosphere that day was very bright, the sun was shining quite hot, there were not many things to do there at that time.
We spent two hours fishing but we didn't catch a single fish,regret.? of course not, because fishing is not only about catching fish but also about peace.
Exactly at 5 pm we decided to immediately travel to Kuala Jeumpa beach, and as I said before, this beach is never quiet in the afternoon.At that time I saw that there were lots of people there with various activities, some came with their families to spend their afternoon, some were swimming in the sea, fishing and various other activities.
Even though this is not a tourist destination, this beach is very clean, the grass around the beach is very well maintained, oh yes, along this beach there are also wave breaker stones installed, but many people use these stones as a place to sit, sit and relax while looking at the beautiful view and listening to the sound of the calming ocean waves.
At that time we decided to stop around the river estuary area, there were lots of people fishing, this was also an interesting sight to see. The weather at that time had turned cloudy, and I was very worried that I would not be able to enjoy the beauty of the sunset, but it still took about 1 hour to meet that moment and I still hoped that I would still be able to see the charm of the sunset.
The sea breeze around the estuary is very strong, especially if we go to the end of the estuary, but this is a sensation that I have missed for a long time.My youngest brother and I immediately walked towards the end of the estuary, these are rocks that have been neatly arranged but you still have to be careful when you want to pass through them.
Of course this is not a boring moment, there are many things that can be done here, if we visit this place with friends, maybe one of the interesting activities is grilling fish or chicken, or fishing.
Exactly at six o'clock in the afternoon, the orange rays of the sun were starting to appear, I waited a few more minutes to be able to see the most beautiful point of the sunset, but it was cloudy weather so the charm of the sunset was not as beautiful as I had hoped.
