Yesterday afternoon I took the time to take a trip or just an afternoon walk around the city of Bireuen, it has been a long time since I inhaled the distinctive aroma of the city of Bireuen because of some of my previous activities, until yesterday I was able to feel the sensation again through the journey I took. This trip took me to a road connecting with the city of Takengon but I only traveled a short distance considering this was just an ordinary afternoon walk and not a vacation trip.
I don't really remember, but I made this trip around half past four in the afternoon and arrived on the road to Takengon city at five in the afternoon, so I could ride my motorbike leisurely because the sun was no longer too hot and I was also accompanied by the natural atmosphere that was still so beautiful around me.
It may have been several months since I passed this road, and how surprised I was to see the many natural phenomena that had occurred, one of which was a landslide.
This is really scary, the landslide happened right on the edge of the highway, and resulted in a very steep ravine. If we travel during the day, we will most likely be able to see the ravine on the edge of the road, but it is different if we travel at night, it may be very risky, especially for drivers who have never or do not know the landslide phenomenon that occurs here.
And according to the information I got, this landslide happened a few weeks ago, precisely during a big storm and flash flood. The point is, I have said that the journey to Takengon city is a very terrible journey, and this is one example, namely a landslide. And what we fear most is that landslides can happen at any time and without our knowledge, but we just need to be careful and decide to stop when it rains or there is a storm.
I stopped for a while on the side of the road to see and observe the natural phenomenon, and honestly I felt very scared seeing what happened in this place. After I saw and captured the moment I immediately continued my journey for my evening walk.About 15 minutes from the landslide site, I finally arrived at a place or building on the side of the road. Seeing the building, I immediately decided to stop for a while and rest.
It can be said that this is a building or is also often called a prayer room, but its uniqueness lies in the architecture of the building and its yellow paint color really caught my attention to approach it more closely.
Once inside, not only the beauty of the building is visible, because the yard is no less beautiful with the addition of several ornamental plants and flowers which of course look very attractive.
When we have traveled far, maybe this place is a very suitable place as a place to rest. And it is clear that the yard of this building has a very thick natural taste combined with the beauty of architecture or also often called artificial beauty.
And of course what made me really curious was the prayer room building, I managed to photograph the building from several different sides so that it produced quite detailed images.
This building has a size that is not too big and not too small and most likely can only accommodate 20 people, When viewed from the front or from the outside, this building is very beautiful with its truly extraordinary architecture, to the color of the paint which has a yellow color also attracts the attention of anyone who visits it. But when we enter this building we will not be able to see anything except just an empty room.
At that time, I, who was also feeling very tired, also decided to rest for a moment in this prayer room building. The atmosphere was so calm and cool because this building is located under the mountains.After resting in this building for about 10 minutes, I immediately decided to go out to look around or the sides of this building.
And when I walked to the right side of this building I was immediately amazed by the view that I could see.
I did not expect that this prayer room building has a very beautiful view on the right side, I was so amazed that I decided to go back to rest while enjoying the beauty of the natural scenery. But it was very unfortunate that at that time it was already evening or 05.30 pm, so the light was starting to decrease because the sun was about to set so some of the pictures I took were of not very good quality.And because the location of the prayer room building is on a plateau, it is certain that the natural scenery below can also be seen clearly.
While I was enjoying the beauty of nature, suddenly my friend called my name and made a statement for me to immediately leave this place and continue my journey until the evening. Hearing this statement, I immediately agreed and started walking towards my motorbike to immediately continue my journey.
