Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Dumplings & Veggie Salad with Mint Yogurt Dressing, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Crispy Potato-Stuffed Bread Spirals.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes ( 250 grams )
  • Corn Flour ( 2 sp )
  • Plain Flour ( 2 tbsp )
  • Samosa Bread ( 4 )
  • Oil ( for Fry )
  • Spices Powder ( according to taste)
  • Cumin & Coriander Powder ( according to taste)

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First I boiled the potatoes, peeled them, mashed them, and then added corn flour to it.
Then added ground spices, including salt, chilli Flexes, chili powder, turmeric, coriander, and cumin powder.

Now I mixed these spices well in the potatoes. And in a bowl I added a little plain flour and water and prepared the slurry.
Now I took a number of samosa bread and poured the potato mixture on it.

I spread this mixture all over the bread and then cut the bread diagonally with a knife and then shaped it into a spiral with my hands. This is how I made all the spirals.

Now it was time to fry them, so I heated cooking oil in a pan.
When the oil was hot, I put the spirals in the hot oil and as soon as they turned brown, I took them out on a plate with the help of a sieve.

These golden delights are perfectly crisp on the outside and warmly comforting on the inside.
Soft bread spirals around a flavorful potato filling, then fried to a beautiful golden brown for the ultimate crunch.

Final Look:

Served with rich, tangy homemade tamarind sauce, the sweet and sour dip adds a bold burst of flavor that makes this snack truly irresistible.
