If you ask me , i would suggest a bit different ratio:

Authors / Curators = 75%
Miners = 15%
leo.voter delegators = 10%

        I think it is best to make sure the delegators end up with an APR that is at least on par with others projects. 8% minimum APR for delegators is a must IMHO.
