The protagonist of this story is Serin, a girl who lives in Buskeria. She wants to reinvent herself. I won't give you any spoilers, so don't worry. If you're ready, let's begin.

Buenas tardes amigos, estoy alegre de poder estar una tarde más con todos ustedes por acá. He escrito una nueva historia y quiero que puedan leerla hoy y por eso se las he traído. La protagonista de la historia es Serin, una chica que vive en Buskeria. Ella quiere reinventarse. No les daré spoilers así que no se preocupen. Si están listos pues comenzamos.

Serin has lived in Buskeria since she was born. Specifically, she lives on the smallest island in the state. She currently owns a restaurant in the center of town. It's a very famous restaurant because it belongs to a music star. And yes, that star is Serin herself, or rather, she used to be one. You see, she's retired now, but don't think she was always a cook. No, she's much bigger than many people imagine. Before dedicating herself to cooking, she was a double bass player and played in many stadiums and large venues throughout Buskeria. She lived a life full of success and well-earned luxury. And she enjoyed her time in music to the fullest.

She spent many years in music, but when she got a little older, she decided she wanted to take things easy. And do other things she also enjoyed. She always loved cooking, so she thought it would be an excellent escape for when she finally left music behind. In fact, before becoming a singer, she had a small restaurant that no one remembers anymore, but she was the one who played with a small group to entertain the diners. She was also the one who cooked the food. Cooking was a hobby, but as she became more famous in music, there wasn't time for those hobbies or running a restaurant at the same time.

Serin vive desde nacimiento en Buskeria. Concretamente vive en la isla más pequeña que compone al estado. Actualmente tiene un restaurant en el centro del pueblo. Es un restaurant muy famoso porque pertenece a una estrella musical. Y si, esa estrella es la misma Serin o más bien lo fue antes. Verán ella ya está retirada, pero no se crean que siempre fue una cocinera, no, ella es mucho más grande de lo que muchos imaginan. Antes de dedicarse a la cocina ella era una contrabajista y pudo tocar en muchos estadios y grandes escenarios de todo buskeria. Vivió una vida llena de éxitos y lujos bien ganados. Y disfrutó su tiempo en la música al máximo.

Pasó muchos años dentro de la música pero cuando ya se hizo un poco mayor decidió que quería coger las cosas con calma. Y hacer otras cosas que también le gustaran. A ella siempre le gustó la cocina así que pensó que esa sería un excelente escape para cuando por fin dejara por completo la música. De hecho ella antes de ser cantante tenía un pequeño restaurant que ya nadie recuerda, pero ella era la que tocaba junto a un reducido grupo para entretener a los comensales. Además también era quien hacia la comida. La cocina era un pasatiempo, pero cuando fue haciéndose más famosa en la música no hubo tiempo para esos pasatiempos ni para llevar un restaurant al mismo tiempo.

So, returning to the kitchen was like living life again and seeing things from a different perspective. Many didn't understand her decision at the time, but she was tired of always being in front of the cameras, the constant hustle and bustle of releasing new songs, and public scrutiny. So, she retired, but she left behind a great legacy. That's why her restaurant is known as the restaurant of the rising star. After retiring, she cut her ties with music and began living this new life. She set strict hours at the restaurant to prevent it from becoming a job. Ultimately, she didn't need to work all day, either, as she had significant savings and investments. The restaurant's sole purpose was to make her happy, so the hours were important.

The place was always packed; many fans came from various parts of Buskeria and always took photos. She also autographed food and generally had a great time with her fans. The restaurant was fulfilling the purpose she intended: a place for everyone to enjoy. But what happens when you do the same thing every day without any variation? Well, you get bored. Well, although the restaurant was very good and made her happy because she could dedicate herself to cooking, it began to become a burden, which was exactly what she wanted to avoid. Every day she cooked and cooked, and photos and photos came. It started to become monotonous and tedious.

Así que volver a la cocina era como volver a vivir y ver las cosas desde una perspectiva distinta. El único motivo del restaurant era hacerla feliz a ella así que por eso los horarios eran importantes.

El lugar siempre estaba lleno, venían muchos fans de varias partes de Buskeria y siempre se tomaban una foto. También autografiaba las comidas y en general la pasaba muy bien con sus seguidores. El local estaba cumpliendo la función que ella quería, un lugar para disfrutar todos. ¿Pero que pasa cuando haces todos los días lo mismo si variación? Pues que te aburres. Bueno aunque el restaurant fue muy bueno y la hacía feliz porque podía dedicarse a la cocina empezó a volverse una carga, que era justo lo que quería evitar. Todos los días cocina y cocina y vengan fotos y fotos. Se empezó a volver monótono y tedioso.

Serin didn't know what to do because it was her favorite hobby, nor did she want to close because she loved the place. So she took matters into her own hands and reduced her hours and work days. But after a few days, she felt the same pressure again. That's when she realized the restaurant was missing something: her other passion. Perhaps it wasn't a good idea to give up music completely, because she remembered that when she was at her first restaurant, she did enjoy it, even though she had more work, but she had music to offset the pressure. That made her think it was best to be balanced and cook a little, but not the only thing she did at the restaurant.

So she brought back her trusty double bass and called several of her retired friends, those who had been at the first restaurant, and together they could play to entertain the customers and then cook a little. The old colleagues loved the idea because they had been retired for a long time and were bored at home; it would give their lives meaning again. So together they formed a small group and played music and then made some dishes. Or while some cooked, others played. They discovered that this was the way they truly enjoyed it; it was just what they needed. And that's how Serin found a way to give meaning to her life again without pressure.

Serin no sabía que hacer porque ese era su pasatiempo preferido, tampoco quería cerrar porque amaba el lugar. Así que tomó cartas en asunto y redujo más el horario y los días de trabajo. Pero a los días volvía a sentir la misma presión. Fue cuando se dio cuenta que le faltaba al restaurant algo, su otra pasión. Quizás no fue buena idea dejar la música por completo, porque recordó que cuando estaba en su primer restaurant ella si disfrutaba y eso que tenia más trabajo, pero tenia la música para amortizar la presión. Eso le hizo pensar que lo mejor era ser equlibrados y cocinar un poco pero que no sea lo único que hacía en el lugar.

Así que por eso trajo de vuelta su fiel contrabajo y llamó a varios de sus amigos retirados, de los que estuvieron en el primer restaurant y juntos podían tocar para entretener a los clientes y luego cocinaban un poco. A los viejos compañeros se encantó la idea porque ellos llevaban retirados desde hacía mucho y estaban aburridos en casa, eso les daría sentido a su vida de nuevo. Así que juntos formaron un pequeño grupo y tocaban música y luego hacían algunos platos de comida. O mientras unos cocinaban los otros tocaban.
