The name of the movie is Blancanieves a little different, a little quiet, but a heart-touching story. This movie left a deep impression on me, so I thought I would share my personal experiences and thoughts with you too. It feels great to share it with you.

‎I always love watching movies that are a little different, a little quiet, but heart-touching. Blancanieves is just that kind of movie. When I first heard the name, I thought it would be something like Snow White? But as soon as I started watching the movie, I realized that it was something completely different. It can be said that this movie is one of the most realistic, most exceptional fairy tales I have ever seen.

Story summary and my review.

‎The story is about a girl named Blanca, who was born into the family of a famous bullfighter. Her mother's death, her father's accident, and the cruelty of her stepmother Encarna all made her childhood very difficult. The character of her stepmother is shown so realistically that sometimes I felt anger, hatred, and helplessness all at once. Seeing such cruel treatment of a little girl breaks my heart. Blanca later runs away from home. On the way, she meets some dwarf bullfighters. From here, the story takes a different turn. Blanca gradually discovers the power hidden within her. She becomes a bullfighter herself which was completely unimaginable at that time. I really liked this place of a girl breaking the rules of society and creating her own place.

‎To be honest, I never imagined that such a beautiful black-and-white movie could be made. Every frame is like a picture, worth holding in your eyes. The play of light and shadow, facial expressions, camera angles, everything together is a great visual experience. There is no dialogue here, yet every moment speaks. When Blanca touches her father's face, or when she stands in the bullfighting ring, these scenes are presented in such a way that tears come to the eyes. Since there are no words, music is the main language here. And this music, to be honest, touches the heart. At each moment, the melody has been used in such a way that I felt the pain buried in my chest. She is not just a girl, she is a symbol of struggle, courage, love, and suffering. Blanca has become a character for me who will be remembered for a long time. She is soft, yet tough; she cries, and stands up again. Bullfighting, clothing, and folk customs are beautifully portrayed. The tradition of Spain has become a character here.

‎😐 What I found a little bad or difficult:
‎To be honest, not everyone will be able to watch this movie. For those who are looking for action, dialogue, and fun, it may also be boring. I myself checked my mobile repeatedly for the first 15 minutes, but when I started watching it with my mind—everything changed. The pace of the movie felt quite slow at some places. Some scenes were a little too long, which if they had been a little shorter would have been more acceptable for the general audience. I wanted a happy ending. But this movie doesn't give us that familiar ending of our fairy tale story. Blanca's story ends with suffering, and that in a way takes the reality of this movie to a higher level. Still, I wanted some peace in my heart. I sat in silence for a long time while watching this movie. I didn't feel like talking to anyone. I went into a trance. It felt like I myself had become a part of that story. Sometimes I thought, maybe there are many Blancas around me those who endure silently, struggle, but can never tell their stories. Blanca has taught me courage, taught me to dream even in the midst of suffering. I watch many such movies, I like them, but after how many movies do I feel like this?
