Sunset in the Mountains is always a beautiful sight. This was over the last weekend during our drive up to the Mountains. The place is raw and wild, the place we visited is called Jebel Shams, it is the highest mountain of Oman and also these mountains are known as the Grand Canyon of Oman. It's a beautiful place, but the drive up here is rough and that's why not many people want to come here.
It was a overnight stay with hubby and friends. In the evening we went around the place, there is nothing much to do here except for feasting with nature, and that's what I enjoy the most. Especially when I get to see beautiful sunsets like these.

I was enjoying these scenes and clicked loads of pictures. After all I do not get to witness sunset in these landscapes on a regular basis.
This one, later I saw how the wire is running across, but in the sunlight it cannot be seen. It feels like the sun is being held up by strings at both end.
It was a beautiful energy, we spend a lot of time here, there was a coffee shop where we settled down and as always I enjoyed a cup of green tea and admiring this beauty. After a long time I had this Mountain trip, it was adventurous and lot of fun with hubby and friends.
