A very common and well-known flower across North America and every continent other than Antarctica. They belong to the Asteraceae, which is among the largest, with over 23000 species. I enjoy the sharp features; the yellow point centre contrasts the soft white petals. The details make it one flower I enjoy capturing from many angles and no matter when I see them I find that they ar a great subject for macro.
