Greetings #ladiesofhive community! Let's start November with the best attitude to achieve projects, no matter how small.


This week's presentation focuses on health topics such as mental health and breast cancer, although global awareness of these issues is still in its early stages.


Mental health: only about half of people describe their mental health as good, with difficulties disconnecting from work, etc. How do you adapt to a constantly changing world?

It's true, that there's much to be done regarding mental health. We humans still don't give it the importance it requires to truly understand it. We can't be aware of what's happening to us through our actions because we often confuse being busy and doing things quickly with being a fast person, instead of reflecting on the anxiety involved.

These are issues that, because we only see people's actions and how they do things or speak, we don't pay much attention to. Sometimes laughter is mistaken for joy, and behind that laughter lie hidden fears or sadness. We don't see people's thoughts, and we never know what they're thinking when they're celebrating, when they're sad, or when they're alone. This applies to both women and men. Today I spoke with my son about this topic because of something that happened to him.

Although many psychologists and psychiatrists discuss these kinds of issues on social media, they tend to cause confusion because everyone has their own professional approach to these topics, and we're not all the same (we talked about this a little during our physical activity meeting today).

Changes are always happening, in every aspect of life. Sometimes even a trip to the grocery store can be disrupted by the weather or a change in the curfew. This can create tension when we're under pressure.

The rapid changes we're experiencing are daunting, especially in technology. When I see something I can't remember how to do, I take a breath, then I write to someone I know can guide me. Reaching this state of remembering to breathe when we're a little overwhelmed by sudden changes is the result of years of self-awareness, of understanding things and what science tells us about neuroplasticity. It's all about the attitude we have toward embracing change, and our brains are designed to do it. We can change our lifestyles, our schedules, our diets when we're willing to collaborate and understand that our brains can help us.

It's a learning process to build this knowledge.

Saludos comunidad #ladiesofhive, iniciando el mes de noviembre con las mejor actitud de lograr proyectos por más pequeño que sean.


La presentación de esta semana nos indica los temas en cuanto a salud se refieren como es la salud mental y el cáncer de mamas, aunque en realidad mundialmente la conciencia hacia ellos aún está comenzando.


Salud mental: solo alrededor de la mitad de las personas describen su salud mental como buena, con dificultades para desconectar del trabajo, etc. ¿Cómo te adaptas a un mundo en constante cambio?

Es cierto, sobre salud mental hay mucho que hacer, nosotros los humanos aún no le damos la importancia que requiere para poder decir que podemos entenderla, podemos darnos cuenta de lo que nos ocurre en nuestras acciones, porque muchas veces se confunde el estar ocupado, hacer las cosas rápidas con ser una persona rápida, en vez de pensar un poco acerca de la ansiedad.

Son temas que como solo vemos las acciones de las personas y sus formas de hacer las cosas o hablar no se toma mucho en cuenta, a veces se confunden las risas con alegría y detrás de esas risas hay miedos ocultos, o tristezas ocultas. Los `pensamientos no los vemos y nunca sabemos que piensa una persona cuando está en momentos festivos o de tristezas o cuando está sola. Tanto mujeres como hombres. Hoy hablé con mi hijo acerca de este tema, por una situación que le ocurrió.

A pesar que hay muchos psicólogos y psiquiatras que a través de las redes exponen temas de este tipo, tienden a confundir porque cada quien tiene su forma de ser profesional hacia estos temas y no todos somos iguales (hoy en nuestro encuentro para actividades físicas hablamos un poco acerca de esto).

Los cambios siempre están a la orden del día, en todos los aspectos, a veces hasta una salida a hacer compras de alimento pueden ocurrir cambios por el clima, o por cambio de hora para salir, esto desata tensiones cuando estamos presionados por algo.

Los cambios tan dinámicos que vivimos son espeluznantes sobre todo a nivel de tecnología, en esto cuando veo algo que no recuerdo como se hace, respiro, después escribo a esa persona que sé me puede orientar, para llegar a estos estados de recordar la respiración cuando estamos un poco aturdidos por cambios de momento, ha sido producto de años de atención sobre mí misma, de entender cosas y lo que la ciencia nos dice como es la neuroplasticidad, todo es la actitud que se tenga para asumir un cambio y que nuestro cerebro está creado para hacerlo…podemos cambiar dinámicas de vida, de horarios , de alimentación cuando nos disponemos a colaborar y entender que nuestro cerebro nos puede ayudar.

Es un proceso de aprendizaje para poder crear este conocimiento.

Agree many hide their true inner feelings, within families we notice then realize when seeking outside assistance, they too are not always the answer.

Talking in depth, communicating with trusted few I do feel helps, change of diet, exercise, all personal decisions to adjust. Sadly some depression is a nasty mental illness where outside help should be found.

Yes, in very severe cases, professional help is necessary.

There are many severe cases not seeking, desperately trying to sort out problem on their own.

True, everyone has their own perspective of mental health. Still it has continued to be a very important issue, ranging from children's trauma to adult's challenges.

Sometimes laughter is mistaken for joy, and behind that laughter lie hidden fears or sadness.

This is very true and it's sad how we can't seem to discern the kind of laugh it is until we are told about what's going on behind the scenes of the laughter.
Mental health is one major thing that affects life but we're not really focused on it
