Teachers educate students and guiding in their area of concentrations and area of field of studies. At the end of every semester or every term, the students are being put into examination to evaluate and access their ability of understanding. At the end of every exam students who had from average to upper Marks, are given the opportunity to move up. Other students who don't had up to the average mark, for pass, will be resitted for the same class. Is situations like this, the main aim is to access the ability of this students, one thing is to teach as a teacher other thing is left for the student to understand, and as a teacher for you to know the student truly understand you have to access their knowledge of understanding, and that is how examination come to play.

In the space or environment where there is learning, level of understanding differs from each other and students have different understanding rates, sometimes to understand as the lecturer or teacher is teaching once, why others read up their notes and learn, for others they assimilate when they are in class and read up immediately at home or at the leisure time. So not every individual is the same when it comes to education or learning in general.
Since students are being put into examination to access them before they could move up to the next ladder of education or learning, I think it is also necessary for teachers to be put into test or examination at the end of a term or semester, this is to evaluate their ability to continue teaching that particular class, if they should remain or go low or more high. When a teacher is not able to meet all the standard of teaching that is required to pass this vital information to the student of those average, then it will be to the strength detriments that he or she continuous as a lecturer or teacher.
At the end of every semester or term teacher should be placed under examination, those who achieve goal score required for the particular class should be returned and those who scored below should be withdrawn from teaching this students. This will not only effect standard academic and teaching performance, it will also enable teachers to up their games, reminding them to always read, that nobody knows it all. I'm just like a popular saying, LEARNING NEVER ENDS.
