Queridos amigos de #Holos-Lotus, agradeciendo la iniciativa comunitaria Explorando la Conciencia Cósmica y el bienestar universal, llego hasta aquí para compartirles mi reflexión sobre la Existencia y el Cosmos
A través de mi práctica espiritual he llegado a comprender que mi existencia individual no es un mero accidente, sino más bien una manifestación intrínseca de un universo mucho más vasto y complejo. Por supuesto, esto no ha sido una iluminación de un día, tampoco ha sido una práctica familiar, ha sido el descubrimiento personal de ir por mil caminos buscando lo que creo que puede ser la verdad. En medio de tanta búsqueda se ha transformado mi perspectiva sobre la vida y los problemas que surgen en el diario vivir. Somos espíritus en evolución, somos hilos en el tejido del cosmos.
Creo que, como seres inmortales, venimos a este plano material con un propósito específico: aprender, evolucionar y, en última instancia, regresar a la luz
Esta es mi creencia fundamental, me conecta directamente con lo divino, con el cosmos y con cada ser humano que habita este planeta. Hace varios días conversando con Osmel me dijo: eres trascendentalista, es posible, no lo sé.
Pero sí tengo claro que la idea de que cada experiencia, cada desafío y cada relación que cultivamos tiene un significado más profundo, nos ayuda a enfrentar la vida con una actitud de agradecimiento y aprendizaje.
Fue solo cuando reconocí mi interconexión con todo lo que me rodea que los problemas que solían parecerme abrumadores tomaron un nuevo matiz. En lugar de verlos como obstáculos insuperables, he comenzado a interpretarlos como oportunidades de crecimiento. Ahora veo cada dificultad como una lección, un paso en el sendero espiritual que debo transitar.
La práctica espiritual, como la meditación y la comunicación con los seres, me ha ayudado a sintonizarme con esta red universal y a reconocer nuestras responsabilidades hacia los demás y hacia nosotros mismos.
Hace un tiempo he decidido enfocarme en mi misión personal, eso me hacho darle un sentido de propósito que va más allá de la búsqueda de la felicidad efímera. Es una invitación a ayudar a los demás en su propio viaje y a contribuir al progreso de la humanidad.
La conexión con el cosmos en lo personal me ha permitido entender que no estoy sola que soy parte fundamental de un plan mayor.
Abrazar mi misión y reflexionar sobre el significado de la vida, ha transformado mi visión sobre los problemas y retos.
En esta búsqueda, mi vida se ha llenado de significado y propósito, iluminada por la conexión con el cosmos y la misión que elijo abrazar en cada paso de este viaje.

Through my spiritual practice I have come to understand that my individual existence is not a mere accident, but rather an intrinsic manifestation of a much more vast and complex universe.Of course, this has not been an lighting of one day, it has not been a family practice either, it has been the personal discovery of going through a thousand paths looking for what I think it can be the truth.In the midst of so much search, my perspective on life and the problems that arise in the daily life have been transformed.We are evolving spirits, we are threads in the tissue of the cosmos.
I believe that, as immortal beings, we come to this material plane with a specific purpose: learn, evolve and, ultimately, return to light.
This is my fundamental belief, it connects me directly to the divine, with the cosmos and with every human being that inhabits this planet.Several days ago conversing with Osmel he told me that I are transcendentalist, it's possible, I don't know.
But I am clear that the idea that each experience, every challenge and every relationship we cultivate has a deeper meaning, helps us face life with an attitude of thanks and learning.
It was only when I recognized my interconnection with everything that surrounds me that the problems that used to look overwhelming took a new nuance.Instead of seeing them as unsurpassed obstacles, I have begun to interpret them as growth opportunities.Now I see every difficulty as a lesson, a step on the spiritual path that I must travel.
Spiritual practice, such as meditation and communication with beings, has helped me to tune in to this universal network and recognize our responsibilities towards others and to ourselves.
Some time ago I have decided to focus on my personal mission, that makes me give it a sense of purpose that goes beyond the search for ephemeral happiness.It is an invitation to help others on their own trip and contribute to the progress of humanity.
The connection with the cosmos personally has allowed me to understand that I am not alone that I am a fundamental part of a major plan.
Hugging my mission and reflecting on the meaning of life, has transformed my vision on problems and challenges.
In this search, my life has been filled with meaning and purpose, illuminated by the connection with the cosmos and the mission I choose to embrace in every step of this trip.
