So, when I first resumed school and moved into my new place, it was a room I rented outside school. I am not the type who feels comfortable sharing my space with somebody else, so a school hostel is definitely not for me, even though later my room turned out to be more than mine.... That's a story for another day though.

I arrived that day and did all of the cleaning and all that's needs. I swept, moped, cleaned the windows, removed cobwebs and all of that. Then I took my time to arrange my things, if you know me well, you will know how much I love to arrange my space. Funniest part is, when you come visiting me again, I would have changed the position of things again, that's just the kind of person I am, but that wine a story for another day too.
So, by the time I was done arranging and doing all of the cleanings, it was late already. So, I went out to get drinks and snacks with some pain relieving drugs. I ate the snacks and drinks, took the pills and relaxed or watch a movie. That was how I slept off, and that was my first day at my new apartment. Before sleeping that night, I saw a notification that there was a lecture by 9am the following morning.
So, I woke up feeling all refreshed the following morning and decide to take out my cloths to wash, they were new clothes. I'm just the type who always washes a cloth before putting it on. That's just me. So, washed my cloths and hanged it outside, I also brought out my solar lamp and placed it out to charge.
When I was done, I went to take my bath and went for lecture. I returned around 1pm. As I stepped into my room, I suddenly remembered the cloths I washed in the morning and wondered if I noticed it on the rope while coming in. Immediately I went back to check.

I got there to find my clothes gone. I wasn't the only one who wished that morning, a lady also hanged her clothes next to mine and a guy too hanged some pair of jeans in the fence. But their clothes were still there, mine isn't. My solar lamp was gone too..I asked around and did all I could but I couldn't find it, I even went to look at the other side of the fence even though I didn't spread them on the fence, still nothing.
That was how the new clothes I bought to pepper them in school that semester disappeared in less than 24hours in that apartment. I was shocked at the kind of welcome I was giving. And you know students will laugh at you and help you spread the rumors, well they did that for me.
