Hello DIY lovers, trust you're all doing great and being ever more creative.
Today I'll share you a fun little project I did recently with resin. This Idea is perfect if you're bored of your old phone pack and wants to transform it to a brand new stylish look without spending much. I transformed mine and I'll share how I did it with resin.

What I Used:

  • Epoxy resin
  • Hardener
  • Colour powder (You can use any shade you want)
  • Old phone case

Procedure

  • It doesn't take much steps, I just mixed resin and hardener using the ratio of 2:1 and mixed them in a little bowl

  • Next add the mixture of colors I wanted

And I kept stirring the mixture until they thicken a bit while bursting all air burbles.

Next step when I was sure the mixture was ok, I set the old case and was pouring the mixture on it to allow it to take up the shape of the phone case

After pouring it over and using a tiny stick bore the holes of the case, I let it dry for a few hours.

After it dried it was time for me to shape it. So I used a razor blade to achieve that, I scraped off excesses and made sure the edges were smooth.

And there I had it, looking nice and and lovely.

It felt like I had acquired a new phone case and it felt amazing. I love how shiny and unique it looks and the fact that I made it myself makes y even more special.
This is a recycling idea for you in case you've been wanting to throw your old phone case a way. Give it a new life today using resin. The steps are not so difficult as you see and it doesn't cost much.

I do hope you enjoyed this post and loved the whole idea behind it. Thank you all souch for your time here, and I hope to see you all next time.
