Here in Paraguay politicians had have the brilliant idea to change the hour to a unique oficial hour all the year, and for that reason now we have night till 7:30 AM. I guess that it's pretty good for the people who loves parties and so they have a lot of nocturnal hours now.
I do dislike time changes. You found some great shadows, though!
