¿Qué cambiarías del sistema educativo de tu país?
Luego de la pandemia y del gobierno actual, el nivel de estudio del país ha bajado demasiado, lo digo porque lo experimente por mis sobrinos, se graduaron del colegio y no saben nada de nada.
Lo que cambiaria seria directamente con la diciplina, sobre todo con las faltas, todo debe ser mas estricto, el estudio ha quedado tan relegado a lo ultimo en la lista de prioridades del país, ya que no es de interés del gobierno que el pueblo estudie y aprenda, así que el sistema debería mejorar incluso desde los profesores, los cuales tampoco están preparados, en serio me da hasta pena decir los problemas de mi país, pero es que mi país esta peor que antes y me da mucha pena, sobre todo cuando yo recibí una educación bastante buena y me da pena que mis familiares no hayan experimentado ese nivel de estudio.

What would you change about your country's education system?
After the pandemic and the current government, the country's educational level has dropped significantly. I say this because I experienced it through my nephews. They graduated from high school and know nothing.
What I would change would be the discipline itself, especially with regard to absenteeism. Everything needs to be stricter. Studying has been relegated to the bottom of the country's priority list, since it's not in the government's interest for the people to study and learn. So the system should improve, even with the teachers, who aren't prepared either. I'm seriously ashamed to mention the problems in my country. My country is worse than before, and it makes me very sad, especially when I received a pretty good education, and I'm ashamed that my family members didn't experience that level of education.
¿Crees que existen algunas materias que no se aplican para nada en la vida adulta?
Honestamente la realidad es que casi todas las materias que nos enseñan no son aplicables en la vida adulta,
Si bien las sumas, restas, multiplicación y división nos sirven, el resto que se aprende sobre factores, diferenciales, etc. no se aplica en la vida real, a menos que te dediques a ser profesor de matemáticas o tu carrera sea específicamente en base a números en especifico.
Lo mismo con química y física, dibujo y mas materias que no son útiles para la mayoría.
Do you think there are some subjects that are completely useless in adult life?
Honestly, the reality is that almost all of the subjects we're taught aren't applicable in adult life.
While addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are useful, the rest of what we learn about factors, differential equations, etc. isn't applicable in real life, unless you're a math teacher or your career is specifically based on specific numbers.
The same goes for chemistry and physics, drawing, and other subjects that aren't useful to most people.
¿Qué materias sí deberían enseñarse porque es necesario que todo adulto sepa esa información?
Ya estas alturas de mi vida la realidad es que he olvidado los nombres de las materias, pero en la universidad me dieron una materia que me ayudo a mi forma de ser y que hasta ahora lo agradezco.
Es importante mantener las materias que nos dan conocimiento como las matemáticas, lenguaje, etc. Pero también deberían implementar las clases como expresión oral para aprender a perder el miedo al publico y empezar a desenvolverse frente a los demás, ya que en el mundo laboral, las personas que se desenvuelven mejor frente a otros tienen mas oportunidades.
Toda mi vida fui muy tímido, pero al recibir en la universidad este tipo de materia me ayudo a mi mucho, a tal punto que pase de casi perder el año en el colegio por no querer exponer, a ser uno de los mejores exponiendo en la universidad. Por lo que es bueno también implementar este tipo de materias, a mi me ayudo demasiado.
What subjects should be taught because it's necessary for every adult to know this information?
At this point in my life, the reality is that I've forgotten the names of the subjects, but in college, I was taught a subject that helped me shape my personality, and I'm still grateful for it.
It's important to maintain the subjects that give us knowledge, like math, language, etc. But they should also implement oral expression classes to learn to overcome our fear of speaking in public and begin to communicate in front of others, since in the workplace, people who communicate best in front of others have more opportunities.
I've been very shy all my life, but when I received this type of subject in college, it helped me a lot. I went from almost failing a year in school because I didn't want to speak, to being one of the best speakers in college. So it's also good to implement these types of subjects; they helped me a lot.
