STOP ABORTION 2: CHOOSE LIFE, except if...

There are a lot of things that happen to women that we never really talk about, and I feel that some things seem to be broken open, because some people just think that being a woman is very easy.

Some of these things like miscarriages and even the common menstrual pain, are very important matters that need to be spoken of more often than it is currently. When a woman comes out complaining of menstrual pain she's often silenced or mistreated probably because most guys are not or have never experienced such before.

Miscarriages on the other hand are very common but often not discussed or talked about because when it happens people seem to shove it under the carpet and move on with their lives, like its a taboo..However, it happens and it's just better to avoid than suffer yhr loss and there are definitely tips in avoiding them however this post is not about miscarriages, we were talking about abortion.

In some cases where abortion may be seen to be legal - there is no place where abortion should be legal except when the birth of that child is at the risk of the mother and then there are ethical reasons to terminate that child so that the mum will be alive. But then are ethics strong enough reasons to give us a go-ahead to a child's life. What if the mom makes it?

There are conditions where the baby is considered to be ethically terminated:

  1. Where the baby is at risk - if the baby can't survive, the baby may not be compatible in life.
  2. Congenital anomalies in which delivery can even cause the harm to the mother as well.
  3. If the baby was as a result of a rape or an incest - and in such case, the ethics would stand to make such a decision if the patient's conscience so approves.
  4. In cases where if she is continuing that pregnancy, it causes risk to the mother.

But all of these conditions mostly speak well. It is important to understand the need to terminate the child because every action according to Newtons law has an equal and opposite reaction the moment a man and a female meet, conception occurs and life has begun.

Someone was saying in the comment section of my previous post about how that life could have started even from the sperm and so termination of the sperm's life by spermicides or pulling out can also be equated to abortion. But truly it is only when the sperm meets with the egg that the zygote is formed and that way life is formed, because the sperm by itself cannot begin life.

And so anything that can mean that the zygote is terminatrd, is seen as wrong and eventually as murder. So if action starts and the reaction leads to having a zygote, if the action did not happen there will not be any reaction. So we must be ready to prepare the young folks to learn to take responsibility of the equal or opposite reaction that they started by starting up an action and choose life always, except for the exceptions and other ethical judgements if any.

So I am saying it's better to abstain or be faithful or simply use a barrier method to prevent the pregnancy that you are trying not to keep. It's better there was no pregnancy at first than to have one to be killed.

Every year, millions of abortions happen all over the world. These are human beings that could have come to the world to make the world a better place. Miscarriages do not justify abortion. That's the different thing entirely.

Sort:

bullshit , some people would die if they didn't have an aboortion , rape victims shouldn't need to cary that unwanted child . and there are probably more reasons why there is and should be the right of abortion .

Is this a summary of the post or another point is being made?

I disagree with the major opinion of your post. Even in the religious sense, this opinion may not fly. If a fetus threatens the life of a mother, the right thing to do is to abort, not wait to see if the mother makes it or not. What if she doesn't make it? Can you bring her back?

As a man, if you are to choose between your wife and your unborn baby she's carrying, it would be very foolish to choose the baby.

I think you came of a bit more truthful with me here.
When I read your comment I realised I may have been misread and I took time to look through my post again.

I did say abortion was legal in some cases where ethics allows.

I don't support a blank-cheque abortion. It should be treated conditionally and allowed when required.
