Hoy tenemos el gusto de traerles la historia de @motica129, ella nos contará sobre sus inicios en la plataforma, cuáles han sido los obstáculos que ha atravesado y develará esas grandes satisfacciones que le ha dado Hive. Yolennis se une a esos testimonios maravillosos que meceren ser compartidos.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)

Saludos a todos, gracias por la oportunidad de contar un poquito de mi.

Como saben mi usuario es @motica129, pero mi nombre es Yolennis Mota, aunque en estos momentos no estoy laborando fuera de casa, me he desempeñado como asistente administrativo, analista contable, entre otras funciones administrativas, soy nacida en Caracas pero desde los 10 años me mudé a Valencia y desde entonces vivo en esta ciudad específicamente en el municipio Guacara.

Mi hobbie es pasear y bailar, sobre todo, cuando la rutina me abruma, es mi forma de drenar, tengo 2 hijas maravillosas y soy esposa de @leanpoqui, soy fan de los lugares al aire libre, me gusta admirar la creación del padre celestial, estos lugares me dan paz.

2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?

Supe de Hive por un amigo quien ya pertenecía a la plataforma y nos invitó a participar @josecarrerag, el nos dio una inducción y nos ayudó a crear nuestras cuentas a mi esposo y a mí, en principio fue muy confuso para mí, pero poco a poco fuimos conociendo cómo mejorar, aún estamos en eso.

3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?

Creo que hay muchas diferencias, empezando por la monetización ya que tus escritos pueden ser valorados en Hive y te inspira a mejorar tu contenido cada día, además puedes inspirar a otros. Las otras redes solo buscan que tu contenido sea visto sin importar que mensaje estés publicando.

4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?

Un Océano de conocimiento y oportunidades.

5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?

He publicado en muchas, pero la gran mayoría que utilizo es @motherhood, @emotions&feelings, family&friends.

6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?

Tengo muchas experiencias gratificantes pero las más significativa fue cuando en nuestro primer año de Hive, compramos los estrenos de nuestras hijas haciendo Power Down y luego al año siguiente pudimos comprar mi teléfono celular.

7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?

Lo más difícil de aprender no solo al principio, sino todavía es la terminología que se maneja en esta plataforma, palabras desconocidas para mí que todavía no consigo adaptarme.

8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?

Me gustaría aprender a hacer otras cosas dentro de la plataforma, no solo crear contenido, me gustaría aportar más cosas.

9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?

Le aconsejaría que no desfallezca, que persevere, que investigue, el proceso no es fácil pero que es gratificante.

10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?

Le diría que en Hive puede encontrar su lugar para expresarse, que puede dejar un legado a sus generaciones futuras y sobre todo que es posible monetizar.

11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?

He interactuado con un grupo de WhatsApp de Hispapro, he conversado con algunos de ellos , @yonathang , @yolernis, @sacra, @ramisey, crisch23 , @nohe, @mariaalejandra y les agradezco porque siempre están dispuestos a ayudarme cuando he tenido dudas y condiciones, me disculpo si sus nombre no se escriben así , físicamente no he tenido el gusto de poder tener alguna experiencia con alguien de Hispapro pero se que en algún momento podremos hacerlo.

Me disculpo si se me ha escapado alguno de los que me han colaborado, pero esa es otra parte difícil de aprender, los nombres de usuarios de cada uno de ellos.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)

Greetings everyone, thank you for the opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself.

As you know, my username is @motica129, but my name is Yolennis Mota. Although I am not currently working outside the home, I have worked as an administrative assistant, accounting analyst, among other administrative roles. I was born in Caracas, but when I was 10 years old, I moved to Valencia, and since then I have lived in this city, specifically in the municipality of Guacara.

My hobbies are walking and dancing, especially when I feel overwhelmed by my routine. It's my way of unwinding. I have two wonderful daughters and am married to @leanpoqui. I am a fan of the outdoors and enjoy admiring the creation of our heavenly Father. These places give me peace.

2. How did you find out about Hive, and what was your first impression?

I found out about Hive through a friend who was already on the platform and invited us to join @josecarrerag. He gave us an introduction and helped my husband and me create our accounts. At first, it was very confusing for me, but little by little, we learned how to improve. We are still working on it.

3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?

I think there are many differences, starting with monetization, since your posts can be valued on Hive, which inspires you to improve your content every day and also inspires others. Other networks just want your content to be seen, regardless of the message you are posting.

4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?

An ocean of knowledge and opportunities.

5. Which communities do you post or interact with most often and why?

I've posted in many, but the ones I use the most are @motherhood, @emotions&feelings, and family&friends.

6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience at Hive so far?

I have had many rewarding experiences, but the most significant was when, in our first year at Hive, we bought our daughters' new clothes by doing Power Down, and then the following year we were able to buy my cell phone.

7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started?

The most difficult thing to learn, not only at the beginning but still today, is the terminology used on this platform, words that are unfamiliar to me and that I still can't get used to.

8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?

I would like to learn how to do other things within the platform, not just create content. I would like to contribute more.

9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?

I would advise them not to give up, to persevere, to do their research. The process isn't easy, but it's rewarding.

10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?

I would tell them that on Hive they can find a place to express themselves, that they can leave a legacy for future generations, and above all, that it is possible to monetize.

11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?

I have interacted with a Hispapro WhatsApp group, I have talked to some of them, @yonathang, @yolernis, @sacra, @ramisey, crisch23, @nohe, @mariaalejandra, and I am grateful to them because they are always willing to help me when I have questions or concerns. I apologize if their names are not spelled correctly. I have not had the pleasure of meeting anyone from Hispapro in person, but I know that someday we will be able to do so.

I apologize if I have missed anyone who has collaborated with me, but that is another difficult part of learning, the usernames of each of them.
