Happy New Year Hivers hope all is well with you and your family too.
It's a windy day. I started the day in a healthy way by exercising through walking with my registered nurse second cousin. We planned to start early at 6 a.m. but I did not hear the alarm because my cousin did not set it thought that body clock will wake us up on the said time. We started at 7 a.m. but still fine as the weather outside was windy also a bit cloudy.

I like their place as I could see green fields while walking. There are cornfields, onion fields and cauliflower fields.

The wind was strong so we were not sweating while taking a walk back and forth.

We were enjoying the scenery of the agricultural lands being cultivated, farmers harvesting, working on the fields or the normal life in the provincial area of the country.

We reached the coastal area where we could enjoy the sea breeze and see the relaxing waves of the sea.

We had one hour of walking back and forth, it was fun and refreshing to start your day walking with your loved ones.

It was a well spent first hour of the day. The goal is to make exercise a habit and walking is one of the healthy choice.

I'm glad that my dear cousin started the day right with me. Walking exercise is a healthy choice to start your mornings, breathing fresh air and I like this kind of activity as it keeps me physically fit as well as it improves mental health so to avoid worrying take a walk and enjoy the moment because life is short.
