Today i would like to like the recipe of curd potato gravy(Dahi k Aloo), it is an easy and simple potato-based curry recipe prepared with boiled potatoes, curd, and a blend of indian spices. It is typically prepared for occasionally in my house, can be the best side dish for roti, chapati, and even flavored rice.

Ingredients 📃
• 4-6 Boiled Potatoes.
• 1 cup of curd.
• 1 cup of Tomato puree.
• 1 tbsp of Kashmiri Lala mirch.
• 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
• 2 tbsp of Kathuri Methi.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tbsp of Cumin powder.
• 4 tbsp of oil.
Process📃
Take curd in a large bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder & Salt.
Mix it well.
Now add the diced boiled potatoes, and mix it gently, so that potatoes doesn't break or mashed.
Mix it still, potatoes are well coated with the spices.
Take a kadai, heat the oil, Add the kashmiri laal mirch & tomatoes puree into it at low flame.
now add the other spices mentioned above, cook at low flame, untill oil start releasing from its side.
Garnish it with kathuri methi for flavour and taste.
ready to serve, pair it with Partha or roti or rice.
