It's really a good feeling when you have a good health because this alone gives the mindset a relaxing one to chase wealth. We humans need to be thankful when we don't complain about health issues because if you see what others pass through to gain that good health you have, shouldn't make you think twice to be grateful.

However, we pray for long life and good health which is definitely something good to pray for and aim but then are we working towards maintaining that good health to live long. The way people are losing their lives this days is becoming alarming that we really need to put or change some things in place.
It is a guarantee that someday we all will leave this world which is certain but we all want to live long and experience old age which majority of people aren't working towards securing that. Why I said majority aren't working towards that is that we find ourselves in an era where we are only after the present but forget what the future might lies in terms of our lifestyle.
It has become an issue now that we humans consume excess things in our body all in the name of pleasure and satisfaction which is killing us the more. People drink to tupor, smoke excessively and consumes junk food and other things that might harm the body. Such people call this enjoyment but to be sincere, they are harming the body.
The photo above is my grandmother, she is above 105 in age and despite that, she is still strong that she does her house chores without bothering anyone. she doesn't fall sick and never for once been admitted to an hospital before which is very encouraging and definitely a sign of good health.
She's really a strong woman and the oldest in my home town still living. What I feel might be the secret of my grandma still agile in that age is that she eats fresh food right from time and was never a lazy person. What we eat this days is not encouraging at all as some of it are package foods that can lead to health issues.
Maintaining good health is our personal priority to take care of, that is if we truly want to live long. However regular check up is important as this will keep us updated in keeping a healthy lifestyle.
