Feliz noche amigos de Family & Friends está noche quiero compartir con ustedes una maravillosa experiencia que tuve con algunas de mis amigas este fin de semana y es que decidimos ir a la playa y hacer un circulo de mujeres. Y esto lo hicimos para conectar con nuestra felicidad y nuestra espiritualidad y sin lugar a dudas lo mejor fue hacerlo con mis amigas ya que todas nos sentimos muy bien y nos abrimos a esta maravillosa experiencia.
Happy night friends from Family & Friends tonight I want to share with you a wonderful experience that I had with some of my friends this weekend and that is that we decided to go to the beach and have a women's circle. We did this to connect with our happiness and spirituality, and without a doubt, the best thing was doing it with my friends, as we all felt so good and opened ourselves up to this wonderful experience.
Teníamos más de un mes planeando está actividad pero cada fin de semana nos pasaba algo y no podíamos hacer nada, una de esas semanas yo me saque una muela y tenía que tener reposo, luego mi mejor amiga Dai se enfermó y estuvo bastante enferma por más de una semana. Pero finalmente pudimos ir a la playa y cabe destacar que todo nos quedó hermoso. Hicimos una especie de picnic, llevamos frutas, una pequeña bandeja con jamón y quesos, galletas con salsa y una bebida parecida al mojito que estaba deliciosa y también te de manzanilla.
We'd been planning this activity for over a month, but every weekend something would happen, and we couldn't do anything. One of those weeks, I had a tooth pulled and had to rest, and then my best friend Dai got sick for over a week. But we were finally able to go to the beach, and it's worth noting that everything turned out beautifully. We had a sort of picnic; we brought fruit, a small tray of ham and cheese, crackers with salsa, a mojito-like drink that was delicious, and we also had chamomile tea.
Al comenzar esta hermosa actividad nos servimos una copa y brindamos por estar juntas en la playa y además de amigas compartir esta hermosa experiencia. Fue una chica que se encargó de tomar todas las fotos y nos encantó porque queramos muy hermosas las fotos.
At the beginning of this beautiful activity, we poured ourselves a drink and toasted to being together on the beach and, beyond being friends, sharing this wonderful experience. A girl was in charge of taking all the photos, and we loved it because we wanted the pictures to be very beautiful.
La idea de hacer esto con mis amigas fue primero estar juntas, hacer algo diferente y sobre todo sentirnos cómodas para hablar y a la vez sacar todas esas cosas que nos hacen daño y nos tienen estancadas. Muchas veces creemos que no tenemos cosas guardadas que nos hacen daño pero al comenzar a hablar y soltar vemos todo lo que vamos guardando. Está fue una actividad en la cual hablamos mucho, lloramos mucho y también dejamos ir lo que nos hace daño.
The idea of doing this with my friends was first and foremost to be together, to do something different, and above all, to feel comfortable talking and at the same time to let out all those things that hurt us and keep us stuck. We often think we don't have anything bottled up that's hurting us, but when we start talking and letting go, we see everything we've been holding back. This was an activity in which we talked a lot, cried a lot, and also let go of what's hurting us.
Y lo mejor de todo es que disfrute estar con mis amigas. Por supuesto tengo que agradecer a mi mejor amiga @daifernandez0929 por animarme a ir a esta hermosa experiencia y sobre todo por todas las cosas bellas que me dijo. De todo corazón deseo que cada uno de ustedes tenga una mejor amiga tan maravillosa como la mia.
