As a developer we have to loge with the AI and that's the future. We can crib about how AI can take our jobs and what not but basically AI cannot alone create the projects. People are needed not thar many but still they are required. And that's where how good you are with AI is needed. What is happening now is that people are using teh AI to create projects but they are stuck at the end like after 90% building.

So as a developer you need to have the AI as your personal intern which can help you whenever you are stuck. Not for creating the projects, but doing the monotonous job one at a time. And that's how you can be more productive and that's the future. Software development is not about coding only, but a lot of things. So even coding is taken care of AI the developers are needed to build the project. The timline will be improved, the time taken to create the projects will come down from 6 months to 2 to 3 months and what not.
So as a developer what we have to do now is to learn to use the AI in our day to day job and how we can create our own AI agent to do some tasks. The thing is with the Aai we have to show that we are productive and can give effective results along with the AI. And that's why we have to upskill and have knowledge about the AI and work towards it.
There are two types of upskilling, one where you will become promp engineer which is simply means better at prompting. The next is AI who actually creates AI agent and that's one of the high demand as of now.
