The number 1 on my list are house agent, these people are very wicked and are literally making hard life for people cos how can a landlord put his house down for rentage at 1.2 million and agent will add commission and agreement 600 000 Naira, this is more than half of the money the owner of the house will collect!.
This is one of the reason why it is so difficult for people to rent house cos how would you expect someone earning 200k monthly to give 600k to agent, that is 3 months of his salary and don't say why should a family man earning 200k monthly go for a mini flat of 1.2, it all depends on the area and you do not expect such a man to live in a single room apartment with his family.
The problem is the Agent and they need to be seriously health with, the government needs to do something about this before they suffocate the poor.
Another set of people that heaven is far from are house builders, bricklayer, engineers, anyone that fit in!
One mistake you must never do is giving your house project to one person to handle it for you, they will extort from you so much that you will end up spending times 5 what you are supposed to use in building the house because of their greed.

The most annoying part is that a poor man can not wake up one day and decided to start using his monthly salary to build slowly because the money might not do anything but only to satisfy the greediness of those he employed to work for him, They are now entitled to it.
One happened to a close friend of mine, he called a plumber to help him fix something in his house, and the plumber gave the quotation including his workmanship, my friend said he was going to get the materials himself only for the plumber to say, he should let him get it as he knows that is also where they see their money, it is his audacity for me, letting the person know that you have charged him more than required for the materials needed after you already have fixed workmanship.
