This afternoon, the weather was really bright, the sky was blue with white clouds floating around, so I didn't want to miss the opportunity to hunt for photos in one of the villages not far from where I live—Blang Reuling Village. This village is surrounded by green rice fields, oil palm plantations and hills which add to the natural beauty of the village.
On the way, I stopped at one of the food stalls located on the edge of the irrigation system. The place is simple, but comfortable enough to unwind for a moment while enjoying the beautiful rural atmosphere. From here, I started taking some photos that I thought were interesting.
I photographed the expanse of rice fields which were still green, looking so fresh in the afternoon sun. This view is truly calming.
Not far from there, there are palm fruit that have been harvested, arranged on the side of the road, ready to be transported. I don't want to miss this moment, because the details of the red-black palm fruit with the fibers still attached look so contrasting and attractive.
Apart from that, I was also interested in a wooden hut standing on the edge of a rice field. This hut looks like a place for farmers to rest after a day's work. Its simple shape with a thatched roof adds a very rustic impression. I also tried to capture it at an angle that shows the footpath beside it, as if inviting anyone who sees this photo to feel the peaceful atmosphere of the village.
and here are several pictures of hills next to rice fields.
Seeing the results of today's shots, I feel satisfied. Sometimes, beauty doesn't need to be sought far away, just around us, as long as we are willing to see it with sharper eyes. Hopefully these photos can bring a little peace to those who see them.
