SHOW ME A PICTURE OF BIRD. FREE THEME

Hey, @nelinoeva.
Do you still remember what I told you about the Bird Island in the White Sea? Well, if you've already forgotten my story, then I'll remind you of my adventure.
Of course, the island is small, about 300x200 meters, but it has its own official name. But because of the abundance and diversity of birds on the island, my son called it an Ornithological Paradise. I just named the Island Bird because the birds are the island's owners, and people are just their guests.
One of the inhabitants of the island is the Oystercatcher, or rather, the family of these birds.

I met these birds during one of the rest stops while we were driving along the Onega River. But the photo turned out to be of poor quality, because they were far away from me. To be more precise, my son showed them to me. In Russian, these birds are called sandpipers-magpie because their black-and-white plumage resembles a magpie's. But their long red beak looks like Pinocchio's nose. It was this beak that my son remembered when we saw these birds on the island again.

This family was also quite far away from me. Better optics are needed to take clearer photos. But I was glad to have met these beautiful birds with long red beaks on this island.

There is always room for miracles in life.
Last Friday, during a morning walk with my daughter, I met these Oystercatchers on our river, on a distant beach. 1,500 km between this beach and Bird Island. Of course, these two places are also united by the presence of a small seagulls.
I have seen similar Oystercatchers on our river before, but this is rare; smaller Sandpipers are usually found instead.

Once again, there's a lot of distance between this red-beaked guy and me. I used the maximum focal length of my lens - 400mm. He walks very fast on his relatively long legs. And it looks very funny.

@nelinoeva, I'm sending you 2000k ecency points for connoisseurs of feathered friends.

Beautiful photos of this attractive bird, which certainly lives up to its name—its beak is really long. Best regards, @apnigrich.
