It's a frosty Sunday afternoon. My children have been staying with me for 3 weeks now. Hmm, exactly 3 weeks? Or is it still 2? I've lost track of time, but I know there's a week left before the kids leave.
We decided to spend this Sunday walking around Kirov and visiting the water park.
The thermometer showed -23 degrees this morning. Look, friends, what faces the children have; the daughter even put on a hat with earflaps. Winter Sun usually means frost.

It's cold outside, but the children's faces are filled with joy. The grandson knows that a large swimming pool awaits him, they even bought him special toys for this - ships. In my childhood, there were no pools or water parks, and no one bought toys for me in such quantity and for such an occasion.

10 minutes waiting time to get to the water park. The child sits quietly and waits for him to undress and start playing in the water. That's what real childhood happiness is when dad, mom, grandma, and grandpa are around. And there is an "unlimited time" ahead of staying at the water park. Timofey's dad decided, based on the experience of past visits, not to limit himself in time. And it was the right decision. We enjoyed visiting the saunas and swimming in the outdoor pool for 4 hours. The thermometer shows -15, we are sitting in the water, and we absolutely do not want to leave the water. It's very nice.
But we have to finish and go home. But the grandson did not agree with us and wanted to be a little naughty from the news, but he quickly calmed down. I will say that he fell asleep in the car literally as soon as he got in it after the pool.

The winter day ends quickly, the sun has gone to sleep, and it's still too early for us to sleep. We need to pick up the youngest grandson and his mother from the Kirov apartment, go to a restaurant, and go home. I hope no one gets confused in my apartments and houses.
For the fourth year now, my youngest daughter and I have been living in a rented apartment in Kirov on weekdays, because my daughter is studying at the Physics and Mathematics lyceum, and I have been working in Kirov for 5 years. This year, she is finishing her studies and preparing for university admission.

The final stage of this day is ahead of us - the Georgian restaurant "Mom Toma".

Happiness continues for the grandson and his parents! Grandpa can have a glass of cognac, because I'm not driving, and everyone else drinks compote and tea. And, of course, Georgian cuisine is traditionally meat - lamb and beef, as well as various salads and cheese dishes.
What's ahead? Work week. I'll be at the office for two days, then come home on Wednesday morning. My wife and I will attend the Irish Dancing performance in the evening. On Saturday, the children will go west to Moscow, and I want to go with my mother to visit her sister in the east. The most important thing is that mom's health does not deteriorate.
Friends, goodbye! Until the next walk.
