"Blang Kulam Waterfall" Hidden Paradise In North Aceh

Hello all my friends

Happy weekend my friends!!
I hope you all are always healthy and happy so that you can carry out your daily activities like the previous days.
My friends!!
A few days ago I traveled to North Aceh with the aim of visiting several tourist attractions there and taking some pictures and then sharing them with all my friends on this platform.
Well...
One of the things we visited at that time was the "Blang Kolam" waterfall.
In my opinion, this place is a stunning beauty, which presents a waterfall that is so fast surrounded by green trees and most importantly for me the calming silence of nature.
Therefore, on this occasion I want to share the journey to this waterfall also with beautiful natural scenery and fresh air.
Okay, my friends, continue to follow this post because below there are some pictures of the waterfall and a short writing from me

The weather at the start of the trip was very sunny, and I personally really enjoyed the trip.

The journey from Bireuen to the waterfall took about 2 hours, and the road we chose to get to this place was a bypass road, not the main road.
My friend!!
The bypass road was a road that was built for trains in the past, but the project was abandoned and now this road is used as a shortcut for those who want to go to the neighboring province without stopping in the city of Lhokseumawe.
When we passed the road, it turned out that repairs were underway, and I think this is the right step from the government, considering that the road is a bit potholed, but this road is very busy and is passed by many people and hopefully after being repaired the road will be smooth like the main road.

After traveling for about 1.5 hours, we arrived at the junction to the waterfall, there we could see a banner for the place, but this was not where we wanted to be, instead this was the beginning of the journey, because the real adventure had just begun.

The road was already rocky, and we passed a very large palm oil plantation and the road had several intersections, but we were a little relieved, because there was still a cellular phone network there, then we opened Google Maps, and followed the directions, we did this because this was our first time visiting there, plus there were few visitors, this is normal considering that now is not a national holiday, not to mention the weather is often cloudy in this area, and when we got there it was raining almost to the nines, even though on the way there the weather was so bright.

Finally we arrived at the gate of the place, and this is the first view seen when we arrived there. After entering the gate, the facilities inside are available like places in general, starting from a prayer room to parking and several stalls.

Because the weather was very cloudy, my friend suggested that we continue the journey immediately, because it takes about 20 minutes to walk down to the waterfall. I agreed, because we just arrived and on the way here the weather was cloudy so it was better for us to continue walking without resting, I think the journey here was not that tiring. And I said that later after going up here again if the weather is good we will rest at one of the stalls. because our main goal is the waterfall.

We passed more than 100 steps up and down, so it is no wonder that this place is also known as the thousand steps waterfall, yes... because to see it we have to pass the steps first which is very tiring.

On the way up and down the stairs we also found a building that had been neglected, maybe this building was once made for visitors to rest if they were tired of walking down the stairs. However, because it was neglected and abandoned, it now looks very haunted.

After walking for about 20 minutes, the waterfall began to be visible and the sound of the water could be heard very fast.

Subhanallah....
What an extraordinary nature with its stunning beauty.
Instantly our tiredness disappeared when we saw the place and for a few minutes I felt silent there because of the atmosphere which I really liked.

After we rested for a while while relaxing with the atmosphere there, we took some pictures for our collection.

Because the weather was starting to get unfriendly, and the rain was about to fall, we rushed back remembering that if it rains, no one knows when the big water will come.
At that time, I also took some pictures around the place, before finally returning.
And this picture is also the last picture that I shared at this meeting.
From my post above, my friends can see more closely about the Blang Kulam waterfall.
And if you ever visit North Aceh, also want to find a place to relieve stress and enjoy nature, then I think this place is the right one.

Okay, my friends!!
Hopefully my experience visiting the "Blang Kulam" waterfall can be an inspiration for all of you to explore the natural beauty of North Aceh.
Greetings everyone
See you in the next post 😉
