Hola a toda esta comunidad bonita, muy buenos días. Hoy les voy a relatar un poco acerca de un reciente problema que tuve en el hogar, específicamente en el área de cocina. Cuando hablamos de soluciones para problemas en el hogar, yo debo vincularlo también con soluciones para mi emprendimiento, ya que laboro desde mi hogar. Uno de mis emprendimientos funciona en la cocina, y hay herramientas que son básicas, obligatorias, e imprescindibles. Es el caso de la licuadora, que es un artefacto que utilizo en casi todas mis preparaciones; salsas, cremas, mermeladas, jugos, y mezclas de todo tipo.
Mi licuadora era una Oster de los viejos tiempos, pero había durado muchísimo. Ya había pasado por unas cuantas reparaciones, cambios de repuestos, mantenimiento, entre otras cosas, y hace unos días dejó de funcionar. Es posible que tenga reparación, no lo sé, tendría que mandarla a revisar y esperar diagnóstico y presupuesto, y luego esperar la reparación en el caso de que tuviera salvación alguna... pero pensé que ahora mismo era la oportunidad para comprar una, que aún había promociones vigentes desde el día de las madres, y quizás, más adelante repare la otra porque en este tipo de labores es bueno contar con suficientes herramientas y si son dobles, mucho mejor.
Me fui al Tigre, y en la tienda Ivoo se habían agotado las licuadoras, claro, las promociones eran muy buenas. Pasé a la tienda Damasco que yo no conocía, y como andaba con Mercedes, ella fue quien me orientó en cuanto a tienda y finanzas, jajajaja, ése es otro cuento. Lo cierto es que en Damasco quedaba una sola licuadora en promoción y tenía un precio de 60$, las demás sobrepasaban los 100$ y mi presupuesto no llegaba a tanto. Así que sin pensarlo mucho, me lancé a comprar mi licuadora usando el sistema de pago por Cashea y mi nivel 6 que me dio la opción de pagar la inicial con el 20% del costo. Lo único que no me agradó pero comprendí, es que para el nivel 6 puedo optar a más cuotas, pero ellos me salieron con que sólo se podía optar a 6 cuotas o más, si el producto tenía un costo más elevado. En fin, aun así me quedaron tres cuotas bastante accesibles.
Me vine a casa contenta con mi licuadora, sintiendo que paso a paso voy avanzando en mi emprendimiento, porque cada vez que logro invertir en su crecimiento, y en mejoras, es algo positivo. No les he mostrado avances de la cocina, porque esa parte sigue en proceso, estoy en medio de la fase 2. Ya estrené mi licuadora preparando las salsas para los pastichos, pero no tomé fotos porque estaba montada sobre la hora de sacar pedidos. Lo que si les comparto es el proceso breve de un pan casero, donde usé la licuadora para hacer la mezcla tibia para la levadura. Este pan es el que preparo con mantequilla de ajo y acompaña los pastichos de mi emprendimiento.

Hello to this wonderful community, good morning! Today I'm going to tell you a little about a recent problem I had at home, specifically in the kitchen. When we talk about solutions for household problems, I also have to link them to solutions for my business, since I work from home. One of my businesses operates in the kitchen, and there are some tools that are basic, essential, and indispensable. This is the case with the blender, which is an appliance I use in almost all my preparations: sauces, creams, jams, juices, and all kinds of mixtures.
My blender was an old Oster, but it had lasted a very long time. It had already undergone several repairs, replacement parts, maintenance, and other things, and a few days ago it stopped working. It might be repairable, I don't know. I'd have to send it in for inspection and wait for a diagnosis and estimate, and then wait for the repair itself if it could be salvaged... but I thought now was the perfect opportunity to buy one, since there were still promotions going on since Mother's Day, and maybe I'll repair the other one later because it's good to have enough tools for this kind of work, and if they're double-ended, even better.
I went to El Tigre, and the blenders at the Ivoo store were sold out. Of course, the promotions were really good. I went to the Damasco store, which I hadn't been to before, and since I was with Mercedes, she gave me some pointers about the store and finances, hahaha, that's another story. The truth is, Damasco only had one blender left on sale, and it was priced at $60. The others were over $100, and my budget didn't stretch that far. So, without much hesitation, I went ahead and bought my blender using the Cashea payment system and my Level 6 membership, which allowed me to pay the initial 20% down payment. The only thing I didn't like, but understood, is that at Level 6 I can usually choose more installments, but they told me that I could only get 6 or more installments if the product had a higher price. Anyway, I still ended up with three very manageable installments.
I came home happy with my blender, feeling like I'm making progress with my business step by step, because every time I manage to invest in its growth and improvements, it's a positive thing. I haven't shown you any progress on the kitchen yet, because that part is still underway; I'm in the middle of phase 2. I already used my blender to make the sauces for the lasagna, but I didn't take pictures because I was busy preparing orders. What I am sharing with you is the brief process for making homemade bread, where I used a blender to make the warm mixture for the yeast. This is the bread I make with garlic butter, and it accompanies the lasagna dishes in my business.
