Wayne moved into his new apartment and after two days he realized that the said water drilled in the compound has collapsed. He called the engineers and technicians who sunk the borehole to come and rescue him.
When they came, they discovered that the borehole had collapsed meaning a new one must be built. That area is difficult to get water underground. To get water you must literally pierce the tenth layer.
After two days of drilling water nothing came out. Wayne resigned to fate and was merely counting days as he has started looking for another suitable and affordable accommodation elsewhere.
