Simple daily Tips
Stay hydrated with 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, like walking or yoga, to maintain and boost physical and mental health.
Create a monthly budget to track expenses, and save for the future.

Beautiful words from you. I try to play badminton or go for a walk every day. However, I do not drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. I drink about 3-5 glasses of water. Have you got any advice for me?
