It's not ideal indeed when it rains heavily and you have to commute to work. Maybe a long pair of rainboots would be better to wear instead of flip-flops so your feet won't get soaked in the dirty floodwater :)

And it's saddening that some bus drivers take advantage of the rain to increase the fares. Not cool at all.
