Why grow a garden? This is certainly a good question and I will give you my reasons. But everyone can have their own.
First of all, growing a garden is above all healthy. We all know that most of the products we buy in supermarkets have contaminants such as pesticides that damage our health and that of our loved ones.
When you grow your own food you have control over how it is grown and what products are used for it.
Having a garden is undoubtedly the best and cheapest gym that exists but it also requires using our main muscle in the body, the brain, if we want good harvests.

Another reason to grow a garden is that it allows us to connect with the real world. Plants do not grow by turning a knob or looking at a screen. You have to get your hands dirty and touch the earth. This improves our mental health and connects us with nature much more than anything else. It will also give us the satisfaction of knowing that we ourselves create our food.
Finally, it helps us create a better world for ourselves and for other people. It prevents pollution, we recycle our own waste, we create life and we help other species to proliferate in a proper way. A garden is a propagator of biodiversity. Imagine what happens when we all have a garden. Well, a healthier nature.
