Greetings 😁 I like what you just emcnioned: happiness is a lifestyle I pursue. How true that is because it is a common goal. Happiness is in the spontaneous things of our day to day life: the laughter, the crying, the smells, the hugs, etc.

And yes, times are different and I believe that in the past there was a need to survive rather than anything else. I think that in a way people are happier in our times. I think it is not because we have the technological means to do so, but because we are more conscious and we seek to be so.
